Manage your subscription

Once you sign up for or on mobile your original payment method will be automatically charged when it’s time to renew. Unsuccessful payments result in cancellation of the service and ads will begin appearing again. If you no longer want or on mobile be sure to cancel so you aren’t charged as the card on file may be automatically updated, even if there's a new number or expiration date.

Update your payment info

for mobile only

Your billing info is managed through the app store, not from your Yahoo Mail account.

for desktop web browser and Yahoo Mail app

  1. Go to My Subscriptions.
  2. Click Manage under .
  3. Click Change Payment.
  4. Click Edit payment method, or Add credit or debit card or PayPal.
  5. Enter your payment info.
  6. Click Submit.

Cancel your subscription

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial monthly or annual subscription purchase or annual renewal and request a refund. One refund per customer. This refund policy only applies to purchases made via https://mysubscriptions.yahoo.com. If you purchased via App Store or Google Play, their respective refund policies apply to your purchase.

From the Yahoo Mail app

  1. Tap the Profile icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Manage subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts to finish canceling the service.

From the desktop web browser

  1. Go to mysubscriptions.
  2. Click the subscription you'd like to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Service.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to finish canceling the service.

Check your billing history - billing history is found in Yahoo Mail Payments. on mobile billing history is managed by your device's app store.
